UK Horse Racing: Speed Figures:?
Please could someone tell me how the following speed experts (Timeform; Raceforms Split Second and Racing Posts Topspeed) work out their speed ratings and more importantly if they are adjusted so that they work on the same basis as the Official Ratings. Thank you.
